How to build on Windows
To build RuntimeTrim on Windows, you must be running a supported version of Windows. We recommend that you run Windows 10 or later.
Using Visual Studio 2019+
Download and install Visual Studio
Once installed, open Visual Studio and click on
Clone RepositoryIn the repository location field, write
https://github.com/Aptivi/RuntimeTrim.gitPress
Clone. The clone may need to take a few minutes depending on your Internet connection.Press
Solution Explorer»Switch Viewsand double click onRuntimeTrim.slnPress
Startor pressBuild»Build Solutionto buildNavigate to the build output folder,
KSBuild, and double click on theRuntimeTrim.exefile
Using the command-line
If you prefer using the command-line, follow these steps:
Open
Git Bashon your work directoryExecute
git clone https://github.com/Aptivi/RuntimeTrim.gitNavigate to the cloned repository,
RuntimeTrimExecute
dotnet restoreanddotnet buildAfter building is done, run
dotnet runonRuntimeTrim/RuntimeTrim.csproj
